Refund policy
At this time we are not accepting returns. Orders are also not eligible for cancellation. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at dogcontact@proshop as soon as possible - we cannot guarantee that an address can be updated - if the order is already processing for shipment then it is out of our hands.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds except in cases where your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those situations, please contact us at dogcontact@proshop.inc so we can review and resolve the issue.
